F.A.Q. FROZEN ZIPPER:Most times a frozen zipper can be fixed without sending the bag to Iron Duck. Please empty the bag and saturate the zipper with cold water and attempt to open and close the bag. This should free the movement. If the problem persists than you will need to send the bag to Iron Duck for repair.
