Customization Options
Custom screen prints of simple text graphics in white ink are available on any Emergency Medical Carry Cases.

If the custom screen print includes a logo, the digital artwork requirements are:
1. Black and white digital artwork (no gray scale; no lines under 1 pt thick) in a usable file format. These include;

a. Vector based file types are ideal since they can be resized with no loss of quality. Vector based file types include .eps and .ai files.(Note: All text must be converted to outlines or the image flattened prior to sending.)

b. Pixel based file types are also acceptable as long as they have been saved at 300dpi at the approximate print size of 3" to 4". Pixel based file types include .pdf, .jpeg or .jpg, .tiff, and .psd files.

c. Logos saved from a website are usually .gif files that are 72 dpi and these file types cannot be used for screen printing.

2. Logos not meeting these requirements can be recreated for an additional fee of $75.00 per hour. Fax or email the available file type to receive a quote.

Custom Embroidery
Available on any Emergency Medical Carry Case (except Universal Precautions cases) at a cost of $10.00 per item plus a one-time embroidery tape set-up charge that varies according to the complexity of the design. Fax or email the appropriate file type to receive a quote.

If the custom screen print includes a logo, the digital artwork requirements are:

1. Provide digital artwork (shadings or gradations cannot be recreated; no lines under 1 pt thick) in a usable file format;
a. Vector based file types are ideal since they can be resized with no loss of quality. Vector based file types include .eps and .ai files. (Note: All text must be converted to outlines or the image flattened prior to sending.)

b. Pixel based file types are also acceptable as long as they have been saved at 150 dpi to 300dpi at the approximate print size of 3" to 4". Pixel based file types include .pdf, .jpeg or .jpg, .tiff, and .psd files.

c. Logos saved from a website are usually .gif files that are 72 dpi and these file types cannot be used in the digital conversion to tape.

Embroidered Patches supplied by the end-user can be sewn onto any Emergency Medical Carry Case (except Universal Precautions cases) at no additional charge. Send the supply of patches with the order.
