Situated on seven
acres, the Iron Duck Corporate Headquarters features a 55,000-sq.
ft. manufacturing, engineering, warehouse, and office facility.
A 30,000-sq. ft. expansion is already slated for future development.
State-of-the-art industry capabilities include over 100 sewing
and tacking machines, computerized material handling equipment,
and an integrated tracking system to monitor job status from
order entry to shipping.
We also opened a new 20,000-sq. ft. manufacturing facility in
South Eastern Massachusetts in the first quarter of 2001. This
new factory features much of the same state-of-the-art equipment
and significantly increases our production capabilities.
Our job is to develop the best equipment possible and we take
it very seriously. Each Iron Duck product goes through an exhausting
regiment of design, redesign, field-testing, and more field-testing.
Then, and only then, does it make the grade and proudly get
to wear the "Built for Life" label. This label tells
the world that you will not settle for second best.
Iron Duck products have become the world's standard. They
are distributed in and are specified by many of the world's
major cities. There are times when we have to design a product
for a particular application. Our expertise in sewing, woodworking,
plastic fabrication, die cutting, screen-printing and embroidery
offer our customers a unique opportunity to have a product
custom engineered especially for them.
