Just like our sewn or molded products, we manufacture our regulators from quality raw materials. We start with a solid piece of brass, which we then machine to our precise standards. Then we go to work assembling the regulator with brass internal components and high quality external control surfaces such as a low profile booted contents gauge, a barbed constant flow oxygen outlet and a course threaded T-Handle with retention clip.

It is attention to detail that makes our regulators superior to our competition. Simple things like the fact that our low-pressure control knob is not recessed into the body of the regulator - where it is difficult to grasp and turn.

But we didn't stop there. Our competition uses a recessed design to protect an inferior plastic knob at the expense of usability. Our regulator features a metal, ergonomically designed control knob to make it easier for you to control the oxygen flow to your patient. We eliminated the need to hide a plastic knob on the inside of the unit by using a combination of superior materials and better engineering.
