The Ultra Breathsaver is the best trauma deployment system in the market. This bag was designed by field professionals for efficient storage and fast, error-free deployment of oxygen/resuscitation, airway management, and trauma supplies. Manufactured with top-of-the line materials and exacting workmanship for rugged good looks and durability under the most extreme conditions.
Two fold-down front pockets feature a flat zippered compartment with two rows of elastic. On the opposite side, 2 large open pouches for bulky trauma supplies with a row of wide elastic. Carry hard collars in a full-length, fully-opening rear pocket. The fully-opening left end pocket gives quick access to the O2 tank secured in the main compartment while the right end pocket provides additional storage. The bottom of this carry case is reinforced with UP fabric for ease of cleaning. Plastic runners are fastened to the bottom of the case for additional durability. The nylon handles wrap around the entire bag for improved weight distribution and have a built in padded wrap to connect both handles for added comfort. In addition our exclusive ergonomic padded shoulder strap gives maximum comfort while carrying the case.

I think that the Ultra Breathsaver is the ultimate BLS/ALS bag. There is room for everything aside from the 12 lead obviously. The bag was designed so well. Everything can be so organized that you know where everything is when you need it most and seconds are crucial.
We ordered one as a BLS bag for our Ladder and really like it. Very durable material, stands up to a lot of abuse. It’s large enough to fit all of our supplies, including O2 bottle, without having to stand on top of it to zip it closed. The organization is by far it’s best feature. Tons of pockets and elastic. I know exactly where everything is on our bag. No more digging through it. I will be requesting this bag as a replacement for the rest of the department.
I have a iron duck bag, truely best bags built,but it’s on it’s last legs, need to be replaced. Worth its weight in gold having one. All i can say is many thnx IronDuck for a great E.M.S medical bag, be nice to upgrade my old bag.Many thanks ,Trevor Waterford City Ireland.
