We use these soft lock head supports for our backboards in my waterpark. They do their job as supposed too. The only question/complaint I have is that the straps that hold the pad in place on the backboard are not the right size for our Iron Duck boards that we use. The straps are too big, and when pulled tight to secure the head restraint pad to the backboard, the velcro strap overlaps onto the part where the victims head should be. This gets in the way and could potentially be a hazard for a victim if it is not comfortable for them and they try to move their head if they are conscious.
